- Deliver best-in-class, exceptional customer service to every person
- Create personalized and memorable experiences to drive community and connection
- Meet individual KPI expectations and sales goals
- Maintain high levels of product knowledge to guide customers through the shopping journey
- Uphold store integrity and visual standards
- Facilitate in-store programs and events as needed
- Assist with processes and procedures to ensure optimal store operations
Requirements
- Past experience in retail, customer service, and/or hospitality
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
- Ability to pull, push, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach as needed
- Availability to work at least 16 hours per week, including at least one weekend day
