Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class, exceptional customer service to every person
• Create personalized and memorable experiences to drive community and connection
• Meet individual KPI expectations and sales goals
• Maintain high level of product knowledge to guide customers through the shopping journey
• Uphold store integrity and visual standards
• Facilitate in-store programs and events as needed
• Assist with processes and procedures to ensure optimal store operations

Requirements

• Past experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to pull, push, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach as needed
• Availability to work at least 16 hours per week, including at least one weekend day
