Sales Associate (Athlete - VM)

Responsibilities

• Utilize expertise in exclusive customer service and product knowledge to create a unique brand experience for buyers
• Support Leads and Coaches in training new team members
• Assist in various store areas including cash desk, stock receiving/dispatch, floor replenishment, and display setup
• Recommend suitable products to customers to help achieve sales targets
• Integrate online and offline sales and services using digital tools
• Act as a Brand Ambassador for NIKE initiatives and stay updated on product trends and culture

Requirements

• A strong passion for NIKE and/or a love for sport
• Proficiency in the German language
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive, open, and motivated attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
• Previous experience in retail or Visual Merchandising is preferred
