Sales Associate (Athlete)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and product expertise to create a unique brand experience
• Support various store operations including cash desk, stock management, and floor replenishment
• Assist Leads and Coaches in training new team members
• Utilize digital tools to seamlessly connect online and offline shopping experiences
• Act as a Brand Ambassador for NIKE initiatives and stay updated on product trends and culture
• Recommend suitable products to customers to help achieve sales targets

Requirements

• A strong passion for NIKE and a love for sport
• Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in both German and English
• Proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends
