About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with a fantastic shopping experience and high-quality service
- Actively drive sales within the store based on the daily assortment
- Work together with the team to reach sales targets
- Handle a fast-paced environment with high turnover of stock (approx. 300 items per day)
Requirements
- Strong interest in fashion, trends, and brands
- At least 1 year of retail experience within the fashion industry
- Commercial mindset and passion for sales
- Ability to work 10-100% including weekdays and weekends
- Positive, proactive, and social personality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
