Responsibilities
- Customer service
- Implementation of company policies and procedures according to standards
- Contribution to achieving store and corporate goals
- Building trust relationships with customers and handling complaints
- Implementation of operational processes in the sales area
- Stock replenishment, participation in inventory processes, and cash management
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sales
- Experience in casual clothing is a plus
- University degree is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of cash register operations is appreciated
- Strong communication skills and politeness
- Team spirit with an emphasis on customer service
- Interest in fashion and passion for sales
