Responsibilities

• Provide customer service
• Implement company policies and procedures according to standards
• Contribute to achieving store and corporate goals
• Build trust relationships with customers and handle complaints
• Implement operational procedures in the sales area
• Restock merchandise, participate in inventory processes, and manage cash registers

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales
• Experience in casual clothing is a plus
• University degree is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of cash register operations is appreciated
• Strong communication skills and politeness
• Team player mindset with an emphasis on customer service
• Interest in fashion and passion for sales
