Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service
• Implement company policies and procedures according to brand standards
• Contribute to achieving store and corporate sales targets
• Build trust-based relationships with customers and handle complaints
• Execute operational procedures within the sales floor
• Manage stock replenishment, inventory processes, and cash management

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales
• Experience in casual clothing is a plus
• University degree is considered an additional qualification
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of cash register operations is appreciated
• Strong communication skills and professional etiquette
• Team player with a focus on customer service
• Passion for fashion and sales
