Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals by setting the ALO experience and Brand Mission standard
• Drive and exceed sales goals through ALO’s Flow initiatives
• Provide product education regarding features, benefits, fabric, and usage
• Build and maintain client relationships daily
• Assist with shipment processing, visual merchandising, and daily replenishment
• Maintain store cleanliness and operational efficiency
• Execute front and back of house procedures according to company policy

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric sales environment preferred
• Passion for customer service and exceptional experiences
• Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and move for an entire shift
• Availability to work 32-40 hours per week, including holidays and blackout periods
