Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals by setting the ALO experience and brand mission standard
• Drive and exceed sales goals through Flow initiatives and optimized productivity
• Engage with customers to provide a friendly and easy-to-shop environment
• Build daily client relationships and resolve customer needs effectively
• Analyze reports in partnership with leadership to strategize and deliver results
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives
• Educate guests and staff on products, community, and culture
• Assist in processing shipments, visual merchandising, and daily replenishment
• Execute front and back of house procedures according to company policy

Requirements

• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and use a ladder
• Constant movement required in and around the store

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Passion for customer service and exceptional experiences

• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve individual and team results
