Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals by setting the ALO experience and Brand Mission standard
• Drive and exceed sales goals through ALO's Flow initiatives
• Provide a friendly and easy to shop environment through customer engagement
• Build daily client relationships and resolve customer needs effectively
• Analyze reports in partnership with leadership to strategize and deliver results
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives
• Educate guests and staff on products, community, and culture
• Assist in processing shipments, visual merchandising, and daily replenishment
• Execute front and back of house procedures in accordance with company policy
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and efficiency

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment preferred
• Passion for customer service and exceptional experiences
• Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and use a ladder
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Availability to work during the company's Blackout period (Thanksgiving through early January)
