Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives
• Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly and easy to shop environment
• Build client relationships daily through genuine connection and product education
• Analyze reports in partnership with leadership to strategize and deliver results
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives
• Educate guests on product features, benefits, fabric, and usage
• Assist in processing shipments and maintaining visual merchandising excellence
• Execute front and back of house procedures in accordance with company policy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment preferred
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and move for an entire shift
• Ability to work during the company’s Blackout period (Thanksgiving through early January)
