Responsibilities

• Hit sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets
• Maintain store visual merchandising and displays
• Follow policies regarding payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention
• Support daily operations including restocking and backstore tasks
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or service industry
• Deep interest in fashion
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
