Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and contribute to team targets
• Maintain an impeccable store presentation
• Follow all policies and procedures regarding payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention
• Support daily operations including replenishment and back-of-house tasks
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interest in fashion
• Natural leadership and growth mindset
• Excellent customer orientation and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
