Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Hit sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets
• Maintain store visual merchandising and displays
• Follow all policies and procedures regarding payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention
• Support daily operations including restocking and back-store tasks
• Help create a positive, inclusive environment for customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or service industry
• Deep interest in fashion
• Strong customer service skills and ability to connect with people
• Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
• Ability to stay on feet and lift up to 35 lbs.
