Responsibilities

• Hit sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets
• Maintain store aesthetics through strong visual merchandising and displays
• Follow all company policies regarding payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention
• Support daily operations including restocking and back-store tasks
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all customers and team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in the retail or service industry
• A deep interest in fashion and current trends
• Availability to work day, night, and weekend shifts
• Ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 35 lbs during busy shifts
