Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct needs assessments to recommend customized solutions
• Present product features, benefits, and value propositions professionally
• Generate qualified leads and maintain an organized pipeline using CRM systems
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators
• Prepare and deliver personalized proposals and presentations
• Guide customers through the entire sales process from consultation to closing
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM
• Stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
• Provide exceptional ongoing customer service, including renewals and support
• Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
