Responsibilities

• Advise customers on products and services to ensure a high-quality customer experience
• Handle transactions, processing payments, and managing customer complaints
• Schedule service appointments for customers
• Maintain and organize sales and storage areas
• Support the receiving and warehousing of new goods

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or a service-oriented industry
• Strong interest in the automotive industry or related sectors
• Motivation to learn and master a new range of products
• Physical fitness to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day
