Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Welcome customers and answer queries to guide them toward personalized looks
• Achieve department sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Maintain assigned areas in an in-stock and presentable condition
• Remain knowledgeable on products to discuss available options and cross-sell
• Process POS purchases and handle merchandise returns
• Stock and process shipments as needed
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and inclusive store environment

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate or similar role
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English and basic math skills
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions and familiarity with inventory procedures
• Friendly, energetic personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds and use ladders or stairs
