Sales Assistant Volume

Responsibilities

• Process all sales orders in an efficient and accurate manner to ensure delivery deadlines are met
• Provide administrative and technical support to inside and outside sales representatives
• Collaborate with sales management and customer service to process customer orders and change orders
• Verify and review the accuracy of all orders and monitor overall account activity for assigned groups
• Track data and create reports regarding market conditions, sales results, and team earnings
• Manage leads and orders for specified sales areas, including taking orders on self-qualified leads
• Prepare product and license quotes for pre-sales customers
• Act as a mentor or lead for junior personnel and recommend improvements to working methods

Requirements

• Two-year college degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of five years of functional experience
• OR a High School diploma and a minimum of eight years of functional experience, including four years of position-specific experience
• High proficiency in order processing and reporting
• Proven ability to handle complex assignments requiring independent action and initiative
