Sales Assistant/Technical Bazaar Vendor

Responsibilities

• Advise and guide customers on technical and multimedia product purchases
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience by providing precise product information
• Manage after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction
• Handle product shelf stocking and maintain the organization of the technical and light bazaar departments
• Monitor stock levels and participate in store inventory counts

Requirements

• Proven knowledge of technical and multimedia products
• Previous significant experience in technical or multimedia sales
• Strong customer service skills and interpersonal ease
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Highly organized, rigorous, and responsible approach to department management
