Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service experiences to every customer
• Continually expand product knowledge to become a tea and brewing expert
• Manage high volumes of stock and perform visual merchandising to brand standards
• Maintain health and safety standards by following company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on creating memorable experiences
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced retail environment
• Self-motivated attitude with a readiness to learn new skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous
