Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service experiences to every customer
- Continually expand product knowledge to become a tea and brewing expert
- Manage high volumes of stock and perform visual merchandising to brand standards
- Maintain health and safety standards by following company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on creating memorable experiences
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced retail environment
- Self-motivated attitude with a readiness to learn new skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous
