About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service experience to every customer
- Continually expand product knowledge to become a tea and brewing expert
- Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards
- Follow T2 safety policies and procedures to ensure the health and safety of yourself and others
Requirements
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on the shopper experience
- Ability to work effectively in a busy and fast-paced retail environment
- Self-motivated attitude and a readiness to learn new skills
- Strong communication skills
- Previous customer service or retail experience is advantageous
