Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service experience to every customer
• Continually expand product knowledge to become a tea and brewing expert
• Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards
• Follow T2 safety policies and procedures to ensure the health and safety of yourself and others

Requirements

• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on the shopper experience
• Ability to work effectively in a busy and fast-paced retail environment
• Self-motivated attitude and a readiness to learn new skills
• Strong communication skills
• Previous customer service or retail experience is advantageous
