Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create the best rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer.
• Provide excellent in-branch customer service through personalized advice.
• Act as a vehicle fleet expert, advising customers on protection options and extras.
• Manage the premium vehicle fleet while selling additional rental-related services.
• Support operational tasks, including driving and organizing vehicles in the parking area when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven sales talent with an enthusiastic and proactive approach.
• Experience in sales, services, or the tourism sector.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A valid driver's license.
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
