Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand values and image to create an exceptional customer experience
• Attract and build loyalty with customers through detailed product knowledge
• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Manage store operations including inventory management using RFID systems
• Handle delivery notes, stock replenishment, and general store maintenance
• Maintain store visual merchandising standards and overall organization

Requirements

• Strong orientation toward fashion and current trends
• Proven ability in customer service and sales
• Experience with store operations and inventory management (RFID preferred)
• Ability to work effectively within a team in a proactive and flexible manner
