Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand values and image to create a premium customer experience
• Attract and build loyalty with customers through detailed product knowledge
• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Manage store operations including inventory (RFID system), receiving deliveries, and restocking
• Maintain store visual standards, order, and cleanliness

Requirements

• Strong orientation toward fashion and current trends
• Proven ability in customer service and sales
• Experience with retail operations and inventory management (RFID preferred)
• Ability to perform visual merchandising tasks
• Team player with a proactive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude
