Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand values and image to create an exceptional customer experience
• Attract and build loyalty with customers through detailed product knowledge
• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain store order and visual merchandising standards
• Perform operational tasks including stock replenishment, receiving deliveries, and inventory management using RFID systems

Requirements

• Strong passion for fashion and awareness of current trends
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and drive sales
• Experience with store operations and inventory control (RFID preferred)
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, proactive, and flexible environment
• Detail-oriented approach to maintaining store aesthetics
