Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide a unique emotional shopping experience to customers and develop a client portfolio
• Meet sales challenges by following KPIs to achieve targets
• Maintain the excellent appearance of the store and follow visual merchandising directives
• Assist with organized stock management
• Continuously develop product knowledge and sales techniques through training

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail or sales (1 year or more preferred)
• Strong customer service skills and a commercial mindset
• Ability to work with team spirit and adapt to customer needs
• A strong interest in fashion and the Sandro brand aesthetic
• Availability to work on Saturdays
