Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver exceptional service by executing the ‘Every Moment Matters’ customer experience model
• Build rapport and loyalty with customers through personalized service and meaningful connections
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by sharing product knowledge and curating jewellery selections that tell a story
• Achieve sales targets, focusing on conversion, average transaction value, and units per transaction
• Support store operations including stock deliveries, maintaining shop floor standards, and accurate till transactions

Requirements

• Natural communicator able to build rapport and engage in meaningful conversations
• Passionate about the Pandora brand and curious to learn about products and customer needs
• Sales-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding performance goals
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing under pressure
• A proactive team player eager to contribute to the store's overall success
