About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients and Buying Assistants
- Assist the sales team in preparing for meetings and creating presentation materials
- Manage order processing by accurately preparing and entering sales orders
- Conduct market research and assist with competitor analysis
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Coordinate market planning and logistics, including appointment scheduling and showroom setup
- Track and manage samples, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound processes
- Maintain the showroom for seasonal markets, ensuring samples are organized and displayed effectively
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Basic understanding of retail math and sales reporting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
