Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative budget tasks, including processing payments, invoices, and reconciling expense reports.
• Provide comprehensive support to the sales and marketing teams by managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Assist with event logistics, including vendor research, requesting quotes, and managing material/giveaway inventory.
• Maintain updated partner mailing lists and organize promotional materials and information packages.
• Coordinate itineraries by requesting tickets, hotels, and gift cards through internal systems.
• Act as a main contact for specific regional requests and facilitate communication between departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
• Proven work experience as an assistant.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and general office equipment.
• Advanced or fluent English language skills.
• Strong understanding of office management and daily operations.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a sales environment.
• Strong event planning and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
