Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative budget tasks, including processing payments, invoices, and reconciling expense reports.
• Provide comprehensive support to the sales and marketing teams by managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Assist with event logistics, including vendor research, requesting quotes, and managing material/giveaway inventory.
• Act as a main contact for UPC requests in Spanish and maintain updated partner mailing lists.
• Coordinate itineraries by requesting tickets, hotels, and sites through FAMS.
• Prepare reports and assemble information packages such as brochures and promotional materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an assistant.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and general office equipment.
• Advanced or fluent English language skills.
• Proficiency in Spanish to support regional requests.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a sales environment.
• Experience with event planning and vendor coordination.
