About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to execute activities and build effective relationships with supported teams
- Perform duties related to budget management, expense tracking, and purchasing processes
- Manage communications by answering calls and emails and responding to queries appropriately
- Handle archiving and filing in compliance with statutory requirements and company policy
- Complete and update reports while maintaining accurate systems and data
- Coordinate logistics for travel, events, meetings, and training sessions
- Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested by the team
Requirements
- Proven experience in administration and support roles
- Highly developed customer service orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to anticipate needs
