Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments from carriers within your assigned sector
• Replenish shelves while respecting food hygiene and safety standards
• Ensure accurate price displays
• Act as a key contact on the sales floor to assist professional clients
• Inform customers of special offers and promotions to drive sales
• Report malfunctions or areas for improvement to the manager

Requirements

• Motivation for an apprenticeship in the distribution or retail sector
• Passion for gastronomy
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to handle physical tasks including heavy loads and handling equipment
• Comfort working in a fresh/cold environment
• Basic computer literacy
