Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Act as a direct contact and advisor for customers regarding Food Dry, Near Food, and Non-Food product ranges
• Provide professional customer service to gastronomy and wholesale clients
• Perform stock replenishment to ensure well-stocked and organized shelves
• Present goods attractively and implement promotional measures
• Ensure quality assurance by following legal and regulatory standards such as HACCP and expiration date monitoring

Requirements

• Ideally completed vocational training in retail or gastronomy (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Specialist, Wholesale or Retail Merchant)
• Open to career changers (Quereinsteiger) who are willing to undergo training
• Previous experience in the food retail sector is a plus
• Strong customer orientation and passion for retail
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
