Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Act as a direct contact person for customers and provide advice on Food Dry, Near Food, and Non-Food product ranges
• Provide professional customer service to gastronomy and large-scale consumers
• Perform stock replenishment to ensure well-stocked and organized shelves
• Present goods attractively and implement promotional measures
• Ensure quality assurance by monitoring legal and regulatory standards such as HACCP and expiration dates

Requirements

• Ideally completed training in retail or gastronomy (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Specialist, Wholesale or Retail Merchant)
• Career changers are welcome and will receive professional training
• Previous experience in the food retail sector is preferred
• Strong customer orientation and enthusiasm for retail
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
