Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Act as a direct contact and advisor for customers regarding dry food, near food, and non-food product ranges
• Provide professional customer service to gastronomy and wholesale clients
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked and neatly organized through regular replenishment
• Present goods attractively and implement promotional measures
• Maintain quality assurance by ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards such as HACCP and expiration date monitoring

Requirements

• Ideally completed vocational training in retail or gastronomy (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Specialist, Wholesale or Retail Merchant)
• Open to career changers with professional training provided
• Preferably previous experience in the food retail sector
• Strong customer orientation and passion for retail
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
