Sales Assistant - Menswear Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver a unique customer experience and build a loyal customer database
• Meet sales challenges and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets
• Maintain the excellent look of the point of sale by applying visual merchandising guidelines
• Participate in organized stock management and control
• Continuously develop product knowledge and enhance sales techniques through training
• Share a passion for fashion with both customers and colleagues

Requirements

• 1 year or more of experience in a retail or sales environment
• Strong customer service skills and a sales-driven mindset
• A genuine passion for fashion and the Sandro brand aesthetic
• Ability to embody a chic, Parisian style and philosophy
