Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude, prioritizing customer service above all tasks
• Provide expert product knowledge to offer precise styling advice and recommendations
• Manage multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining excellent service standards
• Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
• Maintain store organization, visual standards, stock control, and replenishment to ensure an attractive shopping environment

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with a lively and extroverted personality
• Proactive attitude and a strong motivation to represent the brand
• Customer service oriented with a focus on building client loyalty
• Ability to work on an on-call basis at the Venezia Nave de Vero location

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in fashion retail
