Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and assisting customers with a friendly attitude
• Promote the brand image and maintain high standards of service to drive sales and customer loyalty
• Maintain deep product knowledge to provide accurate and optimal styling advice
• Manage store organization, including stock control and replenishment
• Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
• Ensure the store remains attractive and well-presented for customers at all times

Requirements

• Motivated, lively, and extroverted personality
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Ability to serve multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining high service standards
• Enthusiasm for representing the brand and achieving sales goals

• Previous experience working in fashion retail
