Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience by greeting and serving customers
• Support all elements of store operations, including processing transactions
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a presentable store environment
• Manage stock replenishment and handle incoming deliveries
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to assist customers with their needs
• Work collaboratively within a close-knit team to ensure store success

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service-focused role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
