Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and personalized customer service aligned with Lacoste values
• Build customer loyalty by inspiring them with exclusive product ranges
• Manage, replenish, and track store stock and products
• Execute Visual Merchandising guidelines to maintain an attractive store environment
• Apply Lacoste selling ceremonies and sales management steps
• Monitor and achieve store KPIs and sales objectives
• Support and report to the Store Manager on a regular basis

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in retail or sales
• High school diploma or vocational training
• Strong commercial sense and passion for fashion
• Organized, dynamic, and proactive personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a 30-hour weekly schedule with rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays)
