Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver exceptional service and welcome clients warmly
• Guide clients to products and understand their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Efficiently manage stock by pair checking and organizing the stockroom
• Maintain tidy shop floor standards and ensure replenishment
• Support management by working towards individual and team sales targets
• Promote Kurt Geiger loyalty programs to enhance the shopping experience
• Assist in the preparation and planning of promotional activities
• Act as a brand role model and adhere to uniform standards
• Participate in regular training activities
