Responsibilities

• Ensure customer service is of the highest standards at all times
• Handle all stock effectively and ensure back of house standards are maintained
• Support the Management Team in achieving company sales targets and operational goals
• Act as a role model for the brand through personal presentation standards
• Maintain store visual standards

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Ability to embody the Kurt Geiger DNA: Captivating, Engaging, Passionate, and Driven
• Experience acting as a customer service ambassador and working toward KPIs
