Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer service is of the highest standards at all times
• Support management in achieving all store and company sales targets, operations goals, policies and procedures
• Protect the brands and ensure you meet personal presentation standards
• Maintain excellent visual presentation consistent with company guidelines
• Act as an expert in fashion and latest trends

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Luxury Retail
• Experience in a clientelling and customer service driven environment
• Background with a fashion-forward footwear, accessory, or fashion brand
• Proven ability to drive sales and team performance
• Immaculate presentation representative of a luxury brand
