Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver exceptional service
• Welcome clients warmly, guide them to products and understand their needs
• Efficiently manage stock by pair checking and organising the stockroom
• Ensure the shop floor is kept tidy, replenished, and maintained to store standards
• Support the management team by working towards individual and team sales targets
• Provide details of Kurt Geiger loyalty programs to customers
• Assist in the preparation and planning of promotional activities
• Adhere to uniform standards and participate in training activities
