Responsibilities

• Ensure customer service is of the highest standards at all times
• Support the Management Team in achieving company sales targets and operational goals
• Act as a role model for the brand through personal presentation standards
• Handle stock effectively and maintain excellent visual presentation consistent with company guidelines

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar retail role, preferably within luxury or fashion
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Immaculate presentation representative of a luxury/fashion-forward brand
