About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide expert styling advice to help customers discover their personal style
- Actively listen to customer needs and suggest complete looks and add-ons
- Drive sales results through brand storytelling and deep product knowledge
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions
- Guide customers through the purchase process to ensure a seamless checkout experience
Requirements
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Previous experience working in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Social media awareness and a willingness to learn virtual selling techniques
