Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and help them find products that meet their needs
• Share product knowledge and provide recommendations to improve the shopping experience
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash responsibly
• Maintain store displays, organize goods, and ensure the sales area is clean and orderly
• Monitor inventory and communicate stock needs to management
• Achieve individual and collective sales targets through effective customer contact
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
• Participate in store campaigns and special events to drive engagement
• Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence
