Responsibilities
- Manage incoming quote requests and ensure rigorous follow-up including relance and closing
- Contact leads immediately to maximize conversion into meetings for the SDR team
- Follow up with no-shows from qualification and demo stages to recover slots
- Assist Account Executives with administrative tasks within Salesforce
- Support SDRs in creating and updating opportunities
- Manage onboarding reconciliation tasks for new clients
- Update commercial reference databases
- Assist Managers in tracking and coordinating daily sales projects
- Contribute to the organization of team rituals such as quarterly and team meetings
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/Bac+5) in business school or university
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable communicating over the phone with prospects
- Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach
- Proficiency or curiosity to learn tools like Salesforce, Slack, and Notion
- Previous experience in sales or customer relations is a plus
